WBI Associates, LLC (WBI) does not provide refunds for products purchased at any time. WBI will replace products upon receipt of defective items provided that they are returned within ten days of delivery. Returns must be prepaid.

Authorization must be obtained prior to return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
